The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali

The overall comfort of the stay was top notch. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable including making arrangements for my wife’s birthday during out stay. Rahadi’s above and beyond service at the Arwama restaurant was much appreciated, head chef - Baskara made our last evening memorable by specially cooking a dish as per our request. Pretty much, all of the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future.

The Laguna was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. It had everything you would want in a resort: the friendliest/most helpful staff, excellent food (the included buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight), the most amazing pools, a beautiful beach area, and very nice surrounding resorts which could be accessed via the walking/running path.

Stunning 5 Star Balinese-feel hotel positioned perfectly on the sands of Nusa Dua. Hotel Team: From the moment we checked in with the Porters & Front of House team, to the poolside service, the Restaurants & Bars, the Room Service, the Day Spa ladies, the housekeeping & the grounds staff we were always most warmly welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, requests were dealt with in an impressively speedy manner. A huge thank you and 10/10 to the whole team! It was an amazing feeling of welcome & service!! Location: Just perfect! On the Nusa Dua beachfront. Short 5 minute stroll to Bali Collection Shopping, less than a 5 minute drive to Bali National Golf Course. Nestled in between The Westin & The Melia Resorts. Surfboard, Paddleboard hire etc just a few minutes stroll along the beach path past The Melia Resort. Grounds: Impeccably maintained, just lovely. Lush & tropical Room Type: We booked a 4th Floor Pool view room. Coffee & Tea facilities, mini bar, tasteful premium feel decor. Housekeeping was so efficient. Amenities: Huge Day Spa with fabulous staff, recommend booking as soon as you arrive for visit as very popular. 7 pools, loads of sun bed options with comfortable lounger cushion. Plenty of sunbeds beachfront too (with full pool bar service available). The Ocean this side of Bali perfect for swimming, so clean and safe. Buffet Breakfast couldn’t be faulted, a wide choice of everything you’d expect at a 5 Star resort. Beachfront Restaurant was a Favourite for dinner, loved the acoustic trio smashing out the hits at night under the twinkling party lights & palm trees. HIGHLY recommend The Laguna for your Nusa Dua holiday, you won’t regret it

Fabulous! Loved everything about the Laguna! Loved our room, the food, drinks, the entertainment, the pools. The staff went above and beyond, special mention to April and his team at de Bale lounge and bar! Cute resident duck, chicken and guinea fowls.
